Privacy
CONNEX Advisory operates as a B2B service for businesses that need to qualify inbound prospects. This page describes how we handle personal data we receive directly from clients and from end-users of systems we operate on a client's behalf.

What we collect
- Client data. Contact details and business information of the people we engage with at client firms — name, email, role, firm.
- Prospect data. Inquiries submitted to client-facing intake systems we operate. Scope varies by client and is defined in each engagement letter.
- Operational logs. Audit logs of every report generated by the factory, retained for the client's review and our internal quality assurance.
Lawful basis
Processing of prospect data occurs under the lawful basis assigned by the controlling client (typically legitimate interest or consent collected by the client's intake surfaces). We act as data processor in those cases.
Data residency
All client and prospect data sits in EU infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without an adequate transfer mechanism in place.
Retention
Prospect data retention is defined per engagement and capped at the period strictly necessary for the qualification workflow plus a documented audit window. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus statutory periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights contact [email protected]. For prospect data submitted via a client's intake system, the client is the controller — please contact them.
Sub-processors
We rely on a short, audited list of sub-processors for hosting, model inference, and email delivery. The current list is provided to clients on request and updated under our engagement letter terms.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are communicated to active clients in writing. Non-material edits are reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
