Why CONNEX Advisory exists
I started CONNEX Advisory in 2026 after years of watching service businesses waste budget on lead-generation tools that don't understand their industry. Generic CRMs, generic forms, generic AI — all sold to immigration firms, recruitment agencies, and consultancies that need vertical-specific handling. None of it worked the way the founders hoped.
In 2025 I built WhereToEmigrate.io, an AI platform that processed thousands of visa queries across 40+ countries for individual emigrants. The engine worked. People got their reports. But the B2C model hit ceilings I should have predicted — selling single reports one at a time is a treadmill.

CONNEX Advisory is the B2B version of that engine — paired with hands-on configuration and a pilot model that protects firms from buying something that doesn't work. I work with three firms per quarter. I turn down most audits I run. This isn't a SaaS company trying to scale. It's a small, deliberate practice.

I am the founder of CONNEX Advisory and Vice President of CCIAP — the Indo-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce — where I work on cross-border commerce and immigration flows between Portugal and India. That role gave me a front-row seat to how immigration intake fails at scale.
I am also Managing Partner at MAGOP, a Portugal-based concierge for emigrants navigating relocation, property, and tax residency. Watching the same questions repeat across hundreds of emigrant cases is what made me build the WhereToEmigrate.io prototype in 2025 — and turn it into CONNEX Advisory in 2026.

Methodology
Four things we won't do
Selectivity isn't a marketing move. It's how we make sure CONNEX actually works at the firms we take on.
We don't onboard more than three firms per quarter.
Pilots are founder-led. I am physically in your operations. There's a ceiling on how many firms I can do that with at once.
We don't sell what we can't configure to your case mix.
If your firm handles asylum, EB-5, and student visas in equal measure, CONNEX configures for all three or none. Half-fits don't scale.
We don't charge during the 60-day pilot.
If conversion doesn't move materially, you pay nothing. That's not a marketing claim — it's how the engagement letter is written.
We don't talk to firms outside our segment.
Solo practitioners and Big Law immigration practice groups have different intake problems. CONNEX is for boutiques with 5–25 attorneys. If you're outside that band, I'll refer you to someone better suited.
