Terms
This page summarizes the general terms under which CONNEX Advisory engages with clients. Each engagement is governed by a signed engagement letter that supersedes anything written here.
Engagement model
We engage with a limited number of clients per quarter. Every engagement begins with an audit and a 60-day pilot. No fee is invoiced during the pilot period. Post-pilot commercial terms are agreed before pilot conclusion in writing.
Deliverables
Deliverables, scope, integration contracts, and acceptance criteria are defined per engagement. The default deliverable set includes intake systems, scoring configuration, decision report templates, and CRM/webhook delivery.
Data ownership
The client retains ownership of all client and prospect data in perpetuity, including post-termination. CONNEX Advisory operates as data processor under the client's instruction. See the Privacy page.
Confidentiality
Mutual confidentiality is in effect from the first audit call. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be referenced in marketing only with prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate post-pilot with the notice period defined in the engagement letter (default 30 days). On termination we provide a data export and delete client copies within the agreed retention window.
Liability
Liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect, consequential, and reputational damages are excluded except where prohibited by applicable law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the client's jurisdiction apply.
